Project planning for complete decommission of 600T hydraulic wool press and removal from site and reinstate premises to the client's satisfaction.

SCOPE:
Torque guided project plan for complete removal of press including decommissioning of hydraulic system, procurement of external subcontractors including roof removal and replacement using elevated work platforms and cranes, removal of fire system.
